HEATING SETTING STENTERING MACHINE
This machine is suitable for woven or knitted fabric (weight 70-350g/m²) made of cotton, cotton/polyester and other chemical fibre blends.
Process flow:
Feed unit – Centering deivce—2 bowl padder (optional)--lower overfeeding—weft straitening unit-- screw width expanding—upper overfeeding—edge uncurling—infrared feeling— pinning--glueing—drying & setting—air cooling—cutting & suctioning—depinning—water drum cooling--plaiting

Main features:
--A pneumatic infrared centering unit is employed for precise entering of fabric.
--Plate fin uncurlers adopted to obtain good uncurling result.
--An infrared selvedge feeler is used to control the uneven selvedge of fabric.
--Infra-red selvedge feeler works sensitively and reliably so that the fabric can always be held by pins or clips precisely.
--No further greasing is needed for the chains, clips or pins and steel tracks working at high temperature and speed oweing to the employment of new material and perfect configuration.
--AC inverter speed control is used for the driving system so that upper and lower overfeeding, brush rolls and delivery roll can run synchronously with the main
Chamber section:
--A control bridge with a color monitor and other control elements is employed at the entry for easy operation.
--Automatic and individual temperature control is realized for each chamber by imported temperature controller and precise electric control valve.
--Speed control of Circulating fans is made by AC inverter, which is connected directly with inverter motors.
--Chain tension is controlled automatically by a pneumatic system.
The perforated jet nozzles, with the proportion of their air velocities being controlled, can be drawn out of the chamber for cleaning or maintenance.
--effective sealing or insulation is ensured oweing to the use of silicon rubber strips and other heat-resisting material for the walls and insulation doors.
--Little cross temperature differential and uniform drying or thermosetting of either knitted or woven frabrics are available due to the employment of unique,efficient and energy-saving air circulating system and perforated jet nozzles.
--The ratio of upper and lower overfeeding is controlled by electronic and numerical system with speed control accuracy being 1% and overfeeding accuracy being 1%.
--advanced all digit signaling system is employed to control and monitor the drives and temperature. Trouble alarm and display as well as storage of processing paraments can be realized on the touch screen to facilitate operation.
